Q: How long until my results come back?
Results will depend on the lab's processing times. Generally, results are back within four weeks. If they come in sooner or later, we'll notified you.
Q: When do I get to have my private consultation?
We recommend you book your private consultation with a KSW nutritionist for four weeks from the day you mail your sample. If the results come in sooner or aren't ready by your consult, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment if needed.
